Nurses With Heart℠ was formed in 2008 by three registered nurses with over 30 years of combined health care experience:
Lisa Skinner, RN, BSN, MAE-Biology
Lisa spent 5 years as a cardiovascular specialist with Boehringer Mannheim before becoming a registered nurse. Her nursing experience includes 8 years of Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU, Newborn Nursery Levels I and II, Post-Anesthesia Care, Preoperative Care and Women's Services.
Sharon Farrell, RN, BSN, MEd, LPC
Sharon has 15 years of healthcare experience, including both nursing and case management. Her nursing experience includes Psychiatric Care, Pediatric Specialty Nurse, Geriatrics, Medical-Surgical Care, Telemetry, Women's Services, Newborn Nursery and Post-Anesthesia Care.
Beth Maier, RNC, BSN, MPH
Beth began her healthcare career in public health, serving as a health educator for 3 years in both the private and public sectors. She has since worked for 8 years as a Labor and Delivery nurse and is nationally certified in inpatient obstetrical care. Her nursing experience includes Labor and Delivery, Antepartum Care, Postpartum Care, Women's Services, Newborn Nursery, Surgical Scrub nurse, and Post-Anesthesia Care.
